One designated parking space per townhouse/apt and everyone having more than one vehicle was a bit annoying si Read Morence we all had to fight (not literally) for the "extra" spaces. 24 hr maint. Was a joke. Called saturday morning about a non-functioning fridge and all foods went bad. Was told it wasn't an emergency and had to wait til mon. First week, killed 7 mice due to an opening on the outside wall of our bottom neighbors which office was notified but nothing so they patched it themselves.
