Our lease terms are: 6 months, 12 months, We offer multiple lease terms. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: Pet Restrictions: Two pet maximum. No breed restrictions for cats. We are a pet friendly community. Must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 for the first pet with an additional $100 for the second pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 for the first pet with an additional $10 per month for the second pet. Dog Policy: Pet Restrictions: Breed restrictions are Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrior, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow, Wolf-Hybrids, German Sheppard and Akita
