The apartments are quiet for the most part. They are also centrally located. Rent is a bit higher than it sh Read Moreould be and the fitness room consistently has a piece of equipment that needs replaced. Overall though not a bad place to live.

Everything was fine living in the apt and all of my dissatisfaction comes from the move out process and how it Read More was handled, so much so that I would not recommend your apt complex. The following are the major reasons why I was dissatisfied:
-When I told the apt of Florin Hill rep that I was moving out (more than 2 months in advance) I asked if there would be any additional charges and they said no. A little more than a month of when I moved out I was presented a bill for another 1k. Notroom2expln

There have been more problems since we moved in over 2 years ago than we could have ever imagined. The managem Read Moreent and associates who work in the office and maintenance department are rude and not helpful at all. Very glad to be out of there.
