Good place to live, live a block from my office so it's very convenient. Friends always impressed with the pla Read Morece. Courtyard design choice was a little strange (by my count there's seating for 80+ and there are fewer than 200 total residents.) Would've liked to see some landscaping or bolted down grills for the summer. That seating will probably never be at 25% capacity. Front desk people are incredibly nice, maintenance is fast. Would like more free weights added to gym (dumbbells stop at 50).

Location, staff, amenities are all excellent. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the condition Read Moreif my apartment at move-in. For being a new construction with no previous tenants, the floors already had scratches/marks and the quality of the painting was fair (marks, runs, drips, etc).

-Maintenance requests take 4 weeks to fill complete and only then it's after hunting down the building manager Read More. Otherwise requests are marked as complete without anything being done. - Sometimes the building runs tests on A/C and have it blasting on low for hours without our knowledge. This affects our utility bills. - The workmanship of the construction is poor: the doors to the hallway are paper thin and I can hear everything my neighbors are doing through the walls.
