Management of the property is overwhelmingly poor. It's a beautiful building in a nice area but it isn't given Read More much if any attention by management. Most interactions with them are less than helpful. The windows in the units are clearly out of date and make for a miserable winter due to the drafts they let in. They will clearly be expensive to replace but it needs to be done without question. Ultimately not worth the price or headache living there

My wife and I really like our apartment, the front door staff, the location, and the general art deco, unique Read Morevibe of the building. But the building management organization is very unresponsive to every and any request. It was as if, once we moved in, they completely stopped caring about us. Minor maintenance requests, security requests, and the like go completely un-responded to and unheeded.

The building staff is friendly, but management is not responsive to issues. Maintenance items takes weeks to b Read Moree addressed-if at all.
The windows in this building-which are huge and plentiful-are TERRIBLE! Winter cold and wind howl through the apartment and the highway noise is deafening, night and day. A sheet of plexiglass is supplied for each window, which helps just marginally but prevents anyone from opening the windows!!!
