2100 Parkway Resident
2100 Parkway is one of the best places to live in Center City. I never had any issues with constantly hearing Read Moremy neighbors etc..That being said, Center City Philly in general is a terrible place to live. No doubt the city is fun to go out in, but after a year you will be tired of the high rent, traffic, lack of parking and crime...My vehicle was vandalized and then stolen off the street while living there. If you have to live in Center City, choose 2100 Parkway.
