I rated as such as I have had issues that are never answered by someone in the office. The gym says it opens a Read Moret 5:30 but everybody knows you can't get in until after 6- the key fob doesn't access until then. This is frustrating when trying to exercise and get ready for work. Also- why can't they put a change machine in the laundry room or at least a machine where tenants can load a card for washers/ dryers?

The interior of the apartments looks nice, but closer inspection highlights flaws; little things stand out lik Read Moree peeling paint, receding caulking, flimsy blinds, warping flooring. The fitness center is nice in that we have one - but it could be spruced up a bit and a water cooler would be a nice addition (as well as better ventilation). None of these issues are serious - more like, sloppy.
