Mansion at Bala Resident
apartment was great. No real problems there except for occasionally noisy neighbors. Most frustrating thing Read Morewas office's responsiveness to resident problems--especially mail delivery. They would accept packages and not always notify you or know where they were. This got better with new management, but was the most frustrating this about living there. In addition, the office really seemed only there to serve people who wanted to lease and not the residents who live there.
