The rent consistently rises... it's getting ridiculous
December 15, 2013
We've had mice issues, the rooftop deck has been closed for far too long, and our rent was increased by a pret Read Morety high margin when we renewed. The fixtures are dated and the carpet quality is pretty bad. Little artificial fibers cover everything. Also, the A/C / heating units are expensive to operate and they are poorly insulated.
