Certified Resident

I like the complex but believe the quality of the building isn't that great. Our windows are not properly sea Read Moreled, there isn't proper insulation everywhere so it is I guess a rental. Just at the higher luxury price point, every single unit should have a minimum quality which I do not feel it does and thus it does not justify the price. That said, the management is good and they do everything they can to help resolve issues.
