I moved from a house and I had a kit if kitchen items. Not enough storage In kitchen. I had to purchase a larg Read Moree pantry for food items and cooking items. Metal windows/patio doors need to be replaced. My PECO bill was 500-600 monthly. Blinds are constantly swaying from draft. I had to install winterization to all windows to keep costs down. Also need a mail drop in complex .

They take good care of their residents. We had some issues with our central air but they came out to fix it nu Read Moremerous times unless the job was done. When we moved in, the apartment wasn't completely cleaned and ready so they took some of the rent off from the first month. Great staff, very helpful.

apartments are small for the price, windows are original so they are extremely drafty, everything is electric Read Moreso your electric bill will be more the $300 in the winter. Property is not maintained well, constantly trash all over property, neighbors do not care, my car was broken into in the parking lot by 1 of my neighbors. Even with assigned parking spots if you have more than 1 car you will not be able to find parking anywhere near your apartment.

the place is beautiful and always kept clean and beautifully landscaped. the townhomes are so up-to-date. I ha Read Moreve all brand new appliances ie., fridge,microwave,range,dishwasher,washing machine,dryer, garbage disposal,etc............I will never leave here except on a gurney with a white sheet over me!!!!!!
