I live in Phoenixville at a relatively small complex. The people are friendly and neighbors often spend time t Read Moreogether outside the building and in each others apartments. The maintenence guy, Steve, is without a doubt the best there is. I know when I have a problem that he is swiftly available to fix it. I know when there is snow he will have the lot clear before I even wake up. I know that day after day the building and the area around it will be kept up to standards higher than most apartments
