Thank you for the positive rating of Carriage Park! We're glad to see you have been generally pleased with our community. We do charge during normal business hours if the lockouts become frequent, as stated in our community rules and regulations. Additionally, our standard application fee is $60, as is also clearly stated in our leasing agreement. The maintenance staff always there when you need them and are polite. Grounds are meticulously kept clean. S Read Morenow removal good! I like my neighbors, very kind.

We value resident feedback, and we are happy to address maintenance and cleanliness concerns as they are reported to us. We'd appreciate the chance to discuss this concern in person so that we can work to mitigate the issue.
The Good is they have a really good on call service for issues in the apartment. AND office staff on site. Th Read Moree Bad is they are very vague in the communication. Specificity is missing in the notices and communication. The Ugly is there aren't enough sidewalks in the community. Every day in the evening. People walk in the middle of the road from bus stop to their apartments. This is a security problem. Also the street lights are not there at some of the intersections. The rents are way higher.

Place is well maintained. Premises are clean. General ambience is great and appealing. Things are promptly fix Read Moreed and cared for. Office staff needs to be a little bit mindful of their conduct with future and current tenants.
