Spruce Court Apartments Resident
This has been the absolute experience I have had in my 7 years as a renter. I have rented both through private Read More landlords and complexes, and this place really takes the cake. The indoor fixtures are cheap, and constantly breaking, continual maintenance issues (that need to be addressed repeatedly as they are not fixed properly the first time), a BAT inside my apartment. Oh and neighbors who leave trash and CONDOM wrappers outside. Disgusting.

Once new manager came aboard, they simply started moving a bunch of college kids into all of the units. That Read Moreor families of like 6 for 2 BR apartments. Tenants above me had cops called on them at least 5 times from different people, for various reasons, and were constantly complained about for making loud noise at all hours of the day. Management never did a single thing, even when I informed them I would need to move out if they did not move them out. So I did.
