Certified Resident

Some positives were the location, parking, laundry, the kitchen and bathroom.
The negatives that led to my
Read Morescore. The apartment was not insulated and only had electric heat. Our electric bill was very high web though we kept our thermostat in the low 60s in the winter. The apartment should have been insulated.
Also flat paint was used throughout the apartment. Flat paint is impossible to clean.
Also our mail box was not located w the others and wouldn't permit a sign directing the mailman.

Always quick and available when I needed something done or fixed. Building was in great condition and neighbo Read Morers were all friendly.
