As a whole the community is great, main reason we're moving at the end of our 16 month lease is the cost, we'l Read Morel be renting a place in a nice area of Plymouth that's going to cost us on average $300/month less. The only major complaint I have is parking, you're assigned 1 spot regardless of unit size, we had a 4BR which requires at least 2 adults so 1 spot makes no sense, street parking can be scarce too. Be prepared to pay a higher Earned Income Tax living in WB too.(it's 3x Plymouth)

The maintenance work was always slow. It got done and it was done well but it took awhile to get done.
