BRIX is a completely renovated three-story furniture store built in 1866. The beautiful tin ceilings remain intact throughout the lofts and first-floor commercial space, and we have exposed the brick walls on the interior throughout. Square footages vary between 1450sf and 1900sf. Our location is in the heart of the city's newly expanded central business district, one block south of Lycoming College. The Basin Street exit of I-180 (and Starbucks Coffee) is less than two blocks away, as are our city's two best-known white-tablecloth restaurants, 33 East and DiSalvo's. Rent includes all utilities, cable and WiFi, on-site dedicated parking, and weekly cleaning service. Units are fully furnished down to silverware, small appliances and linens. We only require one-month leases; however, we give priority to tenants willing to sign one-year or longer leases. There is, frankly, nothing in town that will come close in terms of quality.
