I had a minor roof leak in the winter due to ice damming with the snow we had. While the maintenance response Read More for the source of the leak was excellent, the drywall that was damaged as a result of the leak has yet to be repaired. While it's just a cosmetic thing, it should have been taken care of once warm weather arrived. I've been here 11 months now.

The Condos are not looked after as they should be. We have been waiting for over a year for balcony repair for Read More over a year. Now, when it rains we get wetter going in and out than if we actually stand in the rain! Also the dog droppings are horrible. Right outside our door, and we don't have a dog!

No firewall between units. Also no soundproofing, you can hear your neighbor's conversation as if they were in Read More your apartment. Maintenance always did a subpar job. Unit was very filthy when I moved in. Trash bins are always full. Parking lot was full every weekend. Often had nowhere to park.

townhouse was nice inside,but they were renting to a bunch of rif raf,section 8 etc and the amont for rent was Read More about $300.00 to much 650.00 should have been the cost for a 2 bedroom.

Places need lots of work. They just are doing cover up jobs. Lots of mold in the bathrooms.
