My biggest concerns were:
1. At move in our carpet smelled terrible. I contend that it was animal urine but
Read More they didn't believe me. They tried every remedy before finally replacing the carpet entirely but I was forced to live in there for over a month.
2. At move in they tell you it's open parking then when parking becomes a problem they say 1 car in front of a building per unit. I was singled out and they called me to complain about 2 cars yet my neighbors continued to park 2 cars in front.

Thank you for the feedback. Our parking policy is 1 car in the front row of each building and any additional vehicles park in overflow. If you are seeing this is not being followed, please bring that to our attention so we can address the issue. We apologize for the delay with installing the new carpet. They did not take care of an animal (cat) odor that was in the apartment when we moved in and then after I mov Read Moreed out, they made me pay for the carpet that had been "ruined" by pet urine. I only had my dog there for about 5 months and she only weighed 5 lbs when I left. She was much to little to create the amount of urine stain they were claiming and didn't take the time to allow me to come see it.

Thank you for your comments. When maintenance does a move out inspection, if the resident had a pet, the carpet is pulled back, along with a blacklight, to ensure no pet stains were left behind. If anything is found, we make sure we replace the carpeting which will incur a charge. If you have any further questions for us, please contact our management office.
