Nicely designed apartment in a quiet, civil location, at a good price. Maintenance is very responsive and gen Read Moreerous with repairs and replacements. There is excellent sound insulation between apartments on the same floor. But there is poor sound isolation between ceilings and floors. My upstairs neighbor shakes the building when he stomps around and I have to endure hearing whatever he is doing at any given time. Management is destroying the once-beautiful landscaping by cutting trees down.

It's a nice place to live because it is mostly quiet and close to the city without being in the city. However, Read More the buildings are old and not much has been upgraded or renovated recently. Also, the grounds are not kept up with promptly, which can present problems in the winter.

Overall grounds, amenities, and exterior of the complex is great. Some issues with ceiling (upstairs floor noi Read Morese) but are being addressed by management. My apartment is apparently over a crawl space vs basement which has created a few issues that I haven't had the opportunity to discuss with management yet, I'm certain they will do everything they can to rectify issues when that happens. Great office staff, great location, great maintanance.
