Zion Road and the Rt. 30 Bypass. The property is located within a short distance of the York Mall, the Galleria Mall and a variety of restaurants. There is a weekly shuttle service to the supermarkets and malls. Springetts Apartments offers the spaciousness and convenience of a suburban home without time consuming home owner responsibilities! Nothing to maintain, the staff at Springetts Apartments does it for you. Apartments are equipped with washers and dryers. Exceptional closet space is supplemented by individual basement storage bins. Unrivaled sound conditioning is provided between floors and masonry firewalls separate the apartments. Oversized balconies and patios overlook wooded landscaping and gardens. Our community offers residents a playground and picnic areas to relax and enjoy the outdoors. A state of the art fitness center, tennis and basketball courts available for sports enthusiasts. We have a heated swimming pool and a baby pool. There is also a large community building for private entertaining by residents and a long roster of community social events. The professional full time office staff is both efficient and friendly. Uniformed maintenance personnel provide prompt service, including emergency maintenance service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Rent continually went up. The complex felt more like a home for the elderly. Too many silly rules that were no Read Moret kept.Apartments were dark and dank feeling.

Thank you for your feedback. We take pride in the property: modest rental increases allow us to continually upgrade the interior and exterior of the apartments. While we offer a community for all ages, our older residents appreciate that we have floorplans that are ground level. The mature trees provide certain areas more of the shade and privacy that some residents prefer. Please stop by the rental office to see if there might be a sunnier location that would be better for you.
Property is well cared for; office and maintenance staffs promptly address any questions or requests.

The Management in the Rental Office is courteous, prompt, easy to approach, very professional, and friendly. Read MoreThe Maintenance Team is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The grounds are well groomed, and I appreciate the rules outlined in our lease to help our neighborhood look presentable. I also appreciate the fitness center, pool, and occasional events. The apartments are smaller than others in the area, and the recreational amenities (courts, fitness center, etc) need updating.
