Our tranquil "Old Springhill" area is rich in scenic beauty; its historic oaks provide a natural quiet and an air of calm, making Kingswood a haven that is only minutes away from major business districts, shopping, banking, Springhill College and University of South Alabama.
All of our 2 Bedroom Apartments have washer and dryer connections, and we do furnish your water, and free wireless internet. Each of our apartments are all electric and come with a fully equipped kitchen in which we provide a dishwasher, range with matching hood, refrigerator, and garbage disposal in the kitchens of each of our apartments. Trash pickup is twice a week and is included at no additional cost to our residents. We provide 24 hour Emergency Maintenance services, available 7 days a week, year round. We do have a pool, and a 24 hour clothes care center.
All apartments are unfurnished however, we can assist in making arrangements to have apartment of your choice furnished to your needs.
We suggest that you come see our model apartments as soon as possible so we can assist you further in answering any questions that you may have and to give you an idea of what we have to offer. That way, we can help you get started in the process to becoming our newest resident.
Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions or to make an appointment to see our model apartment, or if you would like to stop on by when ever is convenient, you can visit us any time Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and on Saturdays our office hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
