There are three different sections at our property. 1) One and two bedroom apartments surrounding our garden pool in a three-story walk up building. 2) Thirty-two, two and three bedroom townhomes arranged in quads surrounding a brand new park. 3) Two, five-story high-rise elevated senior living buildings with eight studios and 178 one bedroom apartments. (Residents must be 50+).
Our philosophy is unique for we believe it is important for our residents to remain independent in all aspect of their life. The Fulton Commons community is independent living and you mange all of your financial assets and income. We do not control any aspect of your personal financial information. We simply provide you with a standard application that demonstrates your ability to afford to live in our senior community. It is that simple!
