Eligibility for Trinity Plaza is based on income and age restrictions. At least one member of the household must be 62 years of age or older. First preference will be given to senior applicants on the Richmond Housing Authority project based voucher Section 8 waiting list. Rents are based on adjusted gross monthly income. Income restrictions are as follows: 1 person household maximum income, $30,150; 2 person household maximum income, $34,450.
