Trinity Plaza will feature 65 brand new one-bedroom apartment homes reserved for seniors 62 years or older. Rents will be subsidized under the Section 8 Project Based Voucher program and your rent will be based on household adjusted gross income. These vouchers will become portable after 1 year of occupancy!!! Maximum income limits do apply and are set at up to 50% of the area median income. Eligibility for Trinity Plaza is based on income and age restrictions. At least one member of the household must be 62 years of age or older. First preference will be given to senior applicants on the Richmond Housing Authority project based voucher Section 8 waiting list. Rents are based on adjusted gross monthly income.
