Our residents also enjoy close proximity to several parks and recreation areas. We are also located in the heart of one of the better school districts Los Angeles has to offer, consisting of Clover Elementary, Palms Middle School, and Hamilton High Magnet School.
Woodcliff offers onsite maintenance and most issues are addressed in less than 24 hours. Management is also on site. A courtesy patrol helps keep our community safe and our parking and entrances have controlled access. We are now allowing cats on the property with an additional pet deposit.
