Great N.Hollywood location with Super spacious air-conditioned apartment/overlooking our amazing pool.. We used to have a waiting list a mile long at $1,025 for these elegant, super-spacious air-conditioned apartments with the great patios/balconies overlooking our fabulous pool area. But times are tough and it's time to deal.
The professional folks who live here (some more than 10 years) love the vaulted ceilings in the uppers and the gated garage. The location is sublime. Walk to shopping two blocks away on Laurel Canyon Blvd. Enjoy nearby Valley Plaza Park & Library. Got a problem? The resident manager's been here for years. He's the kind of guy who'll jump up from his computer (he's a professional writer), salute and take care of you in a flash.
If you're particular about your neighbors (we are), we don't rent to heathens, loudmouths or heavy drinkers. Sure, you might be able to pay a bit less elsewhere but you'll wind up with neighbors who drive you up the wall. If you've got any other ideas, let us know.
