This community is made up of four two-story buildings with the garden and pool in the center. We have upgraded carpet and mirrored closet doors. Threre are non-smoking apartments available. We pay for hot water. There is a laundry room with six new digital washers and dryers. There are two parking lots, one on the north side of the building and one on the south side of the building as well as plenty of parking on the street. All apartment entries face the garden, pool, and barbecue area. We have an on-site manager and full time maintenance. We are pro-active to managing, making repairs, and solving problems promptly.
