COLLEGE GROVE APARTMENTS offers two bedroom apartments with all the comforts of home and a variety of floor plans ranging from $775 to $885 per month. Amenities vary by apartment, and all have spacious interiors with central heat and air. Some apartments offer dishwasher, fireplace, covered parking, one or two patios, two bathrooms, upgraded carpet, countertops and light fixtures.
This is a GREAT location, close to everything you could want. The community is located at 7190 Calvine Road, which is at the corner of Bruceville and Calvine, just behind Cosumnes River College and just seconds from Highway 99. There is a brand new shopping center with a grocery store within walking distance and a brand new community park is being developed just across the street. Elk Grove/Laguna is just a short drive down Bruceville.
The community is gated and we do have courtesy patrol service. We have on-site management and maintenance to ensure that our residents are taken care of. There are two pools, one spa, and two laundry rooms.
