Inside the one-bedroom apartment you'll find over 600 square feet of well-planned living space, with an especially large living room. Your apartment is cable ready and also has all electric appliances, including central heating/air, dishwasher & garbage disposal, refrigerator and range, as well as vertical blinds. And, of course, we pay for water, sewer, garbage, and hot water, too (so take all the hot showers you want!).
With an additional security deposit, we are a pet friendly community (as long as you clean up!). 25 lb. weight limit on doggies.
Rents starting at $625. Office hours are 9 to 5, or by appointment.
We are located on Edison, between Watt and Fulton. Look for the palm trees!
