From our Olympic size swimming pool, hydro-therapy spa and hot tub, to our state-of-the-art fitness center, the amenities here are endless. We are getting ready to under-go a remodel of our clubhouse to add a business center, a wireless internet cafe, a game room and even a yoga studio in our fitness facility!
The interior of your new home is fully appointed. Some of the features of your home include: all of your modern kitchen appliances, full size washer and dryer, private patio or balcony, spacious walk-in closets, additional storage space, air conditioning, dual-pane windows, etc. Be sure to bring your cat or dog along because here at Saybrook Pointe we are a pet friendly community with breed/height restrictions. We welcome dogs up to 60lbs.
To better suit your needs, we offer a variety of lease terms. Our apartment deposits vary depending the size of the apartment.
