Property Includes: two-story garden style walk-up building, full time, on-sight management and maintenance, courtesy guard personnel 7 days a week until 11:00 PM or as otherwise needed, limited access entry, pool, spa and picnic area, laundry facilities on each floor, handicap friendly with parking access for office and first floor.

Units Include: (upon request) completely furnished with bed, headboard, dresser, night-stand, table with 2 chairs, kitchenette with a microwave, four burner stove with oven, sink and refrigerator, windows have vertical blinds, individually controlled air conditioner and heating unit, carpeted living space and tile in both the bath and kitchenette area, separate bath with tub and shower. Each unit is approximately 350 square feet.
