"Our 2 BR and 2 BA gated condo has a breathtaking panoramic view of the water and the heated pool and pool area thru a 35ft wall of 5ft high windows.(The windows are LowE3 and argon filled for comfort and energy efficiency). One of the boat docks available to residents is also part of the scenery from this second floor unit. Often, a pod of dolphins feeds on baitfish a couple of hundred yards offshore. One of my favorite pleasures is to watch the sunrise thru the palms surrounding the pool while the osprey call to each other and find their way to their favorite roost atop the sailboat masts docked nearby. All of the furniture and appliances and furnishings are brand new, with the exception of the dining room set. The kitchen has GE stainless steel appliances, as well as ample cabinets with granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. Both bathrooms have all new fixtures, cabinets with granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. The master bedroom and bath suite has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, as well as a hall closet and the bathroom has his and hers sinks and a 5 foot wide oversize shower. The guest bedroom suite has 2 queen size beds, a walk-in closet and a second closet and the bathroom has a soaker tub with shower. The guest bedroom opens into the Florida room thru a pair of 9 lite Prairie style pocket doors, revealing the panoramic view. The kitchen has an airy feel due to the bar, which opens to the dining and living area, which is completely open to the outside view. (Jan 16 thru Apr 16, 2011, is rented)"
