"The primary objective of this project was to create 61 units of high-quality, highly-amenitized housing for low-income families in the California Central Valley town of Huron. The community offers a much higher level of services and amenities than are available at other multifamily properties in the area, including a pool and spa; a designer-decorated community activity center with multi-purpose room, computer learning lab, fitness center, game room, full-service kitchen and laundry facilities. Other features include barbeque and recreation areas, tot lots and full landscaping.
