Each townhome offers a split level floor plan. Downstairs you will see a half bath or storage area, living room, patio, two car garage and kitchen.The kitchens are furnished with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dining room area, and plenty of cupboard and counter space. The living room is an open design with a patio that overlooks a comman area, select townhomes will include a fireplace in the living room as well. Upstairs you will see the master bedroom with attached bathroom, additional bedrooms and/or den area (depending on which floor plan you choose) and full bathroom which includes washer and dryer hookups for the convenience of doing laundry in your own home. If you prefer we have washers and dryers available to residents for rent of $30 per month. In addition to your two car garage, we also have several open parking areas for residents and their friends and family while visiting.
