"The owners usually live in this house four months each year and they rent it for some of the remaining months (6 month minimum). This year it is available from the middle of November through May 2010 (dates negotiable). This is a lovely end-unit townhouse, 5 years old, located on a large pond (complete with swans, geese and ducks), in Schererville, Indiana, part of the Chicago metropolitan area. Convenient to many destinations, it is close to the intersections of U.S.30 and Indianapolis Blvd ( U.S. 41). Train commute to Chicago on the South Shore line is a breeze. It is close to movie theaters and shopping.
