"The design of the building fuses old with new, with brick, concrete and steel exterior elements. ST Howard designed a building that includes the historical feel of the East Village but also creates an urban, modern feel. The building is be a pre-cast concrete structure. Floors, ceilings, and exterior walls are concrete to give the building a modern, edgy feel. Commercial and residential spaces can retain the modern, urban feel, or can be warmed up with hardwood floors, and soft colors."
