The Greenehouse Overview
Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counters, Close to UMD Baltimore Schools!. The Greenehouse Apartments have been recently renovated and offer granite counters, ceramic tiled baths, stainless steel appliances as well as a unique glimpse of Baltimore's treasured industrial past. Originally built in 1896, The Greenehouse was at the center of the booming garment district in Baltimore city. In 1904, the tragic Great Baltimore Fire amazingly spared the historic building, enabling it to a part of Baltimore's transition into the industrial age. Details such as exposed brick, original hardwood floors and ceiling beams that have remained throughout the renovations give residents a true feel of the history here. One and two beds are featured and availability is limited so please call for individual apartment information. Resident is responsible for electric, cable and internet, while we pay trash, water and sewer. Parking is located in one of two nearby garages, the Redwood or the Hilton; contracts are signed with each garage directly. In addition to the newer finishings in each individual apartment, The Greenehouse also features a small fitness center, laundry rooms on each floor and a roofdeck with amazing views of Camden Yards only one block away. Walk out the lobby of this building and you'll be greeted with our newest addition - Potbelly's Sandwich Shop, or go around the corner for Baltimore favorites, Pickles and Sliders!
