All residents must qualify under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program with incomes at or below the 60% of median income levels. SECTION 8 VOUCHERS are ACEPTED and residents pay the greater of 30% of their adjusted income.
Eligibility is restricted to individuals/families who meet the LIHTC income guidelines.
