"The Lofts of Merchants Row is located on Woodward Avenue-in the heart of the Campus Martius Development in Downtown Detroit. We offer 157 loft apartment homes that have been created from some of Detroit's most historic retail buildings built during the early 20th Century. This development is one of the few rental resident loft developments that have luxury finishes - including granite counter tops, Euro-style stainless steel appliances, Kohler plumbing fixtures...to name just a few. These are standard in our loft homes. The Kraemer Design Group, the project's architect, offers one-of-a-kind floorplans with each unit having unique configurations and dramatic open floorplans.
