We are a government Assistance Community for Seniors at least 62 years of age and Mobile impaired persons. Rents are based on 30% of the qualified person's adjusted income. Himelhoch's is a historical wonderful building constructed in the beginning of 1901. In the 1980, Slavlk Organization started the changes to make Himelhoch's a residential community. Himeloch now has 72 spacious vintage apartment homes, and over 4,000 sq. feet of commercial shops. Our convenient shops at Himelhoch include beauty salon, shopping, accessories, entertainment, tax office and foot doctor. Our apartments have emergency pull cords that are monitored 24 hours a day."
