Located in the heart of the Historic Washburn-Fair Oaks area of South Minneapolis, Fair Oaks Apartments boasts close proximity to both Downtown (10 blocks north) and Uptown (less than a 10 minute drive), while offering a quiet refuge reminiscent of a more rustic setting with our private gated courtyard. Nestled in the eclectic and dynamic Whittier neighborhood, we are proud to share the block with three outstanding Twin Cities' landmarks: The Minneapolis Institute of Arts, The Children's Theatre Company, and the Hennepin History Museum. Six separate brick buildings occupying an entire city-block constitute our distinctive complex recognized by its' verdant display of ivy. Ahead of its' time during construction in the late 1930s, Fair Oaks has two underground garages (an additional $50-60/mo; subject to availability) which directly connect to most of the apartments.
