Walking Distance to St. Olaf College, Northfield Hospital & Greenvale Elem..Directly next to a Prairie Grass Park that has a nice walking path through it or you can sit and enjoy nature.. Cannon Valley Apartments is a smaller well-maintained complex located in the N.W. corner of Northfield within a few blocks to elementary schools, the new hospital, and St. Olaf College. We are quietly tucked away next to Lashbrook Park. Only a 10 minute walk to Downtown Northfield, home of the "yearly" Jesse James Days Celebration and to Carleton College. Nicely kept courtyard located between the four buildings, with a playground at one end and a gas-grill picnic pavilion located at the other for our residents' use. Northfield also offers bus service that will pick you up at the front door. If our office hours don't work with your schedule, we are available after hours with an appt.. We offer a 24 hour maintenance service and on site Staff that have all been here a minimum of 10 years. Don't forget to ask about the Great Specials we are offering on our Studios or 2 bdrms.
