Senior Rental Community for those who are 55 and better. Single-evel, cottage style townhomes ... located in a quiet, suburban neighborhood ...with easy access to the main thoroughfares.. Eastwood Village is a quiet comfortable lifestyle for Seniors who are age 55 and better. We feature single level, cottage-style town homes with private entrances, in one, two and three bedroom townhomes. (Income limits apply to most rentals.) We also have several 2 and 3BR, market-rate townhomes for which there are no income limits. Our community offers social activities, a Human Services Coordinator who arranges formonthly seminars and assists our residents with their personal and financial needs and a monthly newsletter and calendar to keep our residents well informed. Our Library features a wonderful array of interesting reading, and our Business Center offers our residents the use of free Internet access. Our Fitness Center is a great place to get some exercise (especially during the cold winter months, and to meet other residents.
