Pine Pointe Apartments Overview
HUGE 3 Bedroom! Great Specials!!. We have 1+den, 2 & 3 bedrooms avail. w/1 or 2 baths. All are reasonably priced between $450-$690 per month. These rates include utilities such as heat, water, garbage and sewer. Garages can be rented for an additional $30 per month. Other amenities include decks, controlled entries, onsite laundry, onsite mgmt & maint, dishwashers, off street parking, playground area, AC units, celing fans, walk in closets & snow/lawn care. Security deposits generally start at $400 depending on qualifications. Our application process includes a credit report, rental and employment history, income guidelines and a criminal background check. We will not accept an applicant if they have a prior eviction, or a felony in their background. Cats are accepted with a $150 non refundable pet fee.
