San Tropez is a luxury rental community with many amenities outside your apartment home. We offer a 3,500 square foot fitness center with certified trainers on staff and a tanning bed. We have two pools, one heated year round and a quiet, secluded seasonal pool and a spa. Both pool areas offer private cabanas with barbeque grills.
We are situated just north of the 215 freeway, which makes a loop around the city. We are 10 minutes from the Strip and major shopping areas. Our community is located at the end of a dead end road, eliminating a great deal of drive by traffic.
Our apartment homes feature nine-foot ceilings with crown molding. Every apartment includes a full size washer and dryer, a refrigerator with icemaker, a built-in microwave oven, and a multi-cycle dishwasher. The master bathroom has a roman bathtub. Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms and living room. Upstairs apartments feature a gas-burning fireplace.
