"We are a quaint community of twenty residences located in the quiet neighborhood of West End. The apartments have ample off-street parking and are set in a nicely landscaped courtyard, which is shaded by cherry trees that bloom bright pink each Spring. From Aaron Court, it is only a short five-minute walk to Monmouth Medical Center, the train station, beach and local shopping of Brighton Avenue.
Each apartment is painted in a neutral color and distinctively appointed. The kitchens have either European or solid oak cabinets, frost-free refrigerators, modern gas stoves and designer Solarium vinyl flooring. The kitchen opens into the dining area which has a ceiling fan. The living area looks out into the courtyard through a large picture window and then leads into the hallway which has both a linen and clothes closet for storage. The bathroom is fully tiled, has a modern vanity, sink, medicine cabinet and shower massage, and is opposite the bedroom which has two more large clothes closets.
Each residence has its own individual entrance with a ceramic tile foyer, is covered in upgraded wall-to-wall carpeting, and has color coordinated window treatments. Each apartment has its own thermostat so you can set the temperature for your comfort in the winter months, and an air conditioner to keep you cool in the summer. Heat, hot water and gas for cooking are all included in the $995.00 per month we charge for a one-bedroom apartment. Additionally, we have a modern laundryroom and a storage room to keep your seasonal or extra things at no additional cost."
