The services you will be provided are water, sewer, trash & snow removal, landscaping, 24-hour emergency maintenance response and the assistance of on-site property management. Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and due to special rates and ENERGY STAR certification are estimated to be substantially lower than market rentals outside the gate. As a Timbers resident you are also exclusive to a Time Warner (cable, internet, telephone) discount of 25% off your bill and FREE installation.
In addition to our newly constructed apartments, our Timbers Lodge is in its early stages of construction. When finished, it will include a common gathering space, grilling space, kitchen, movie room, and billiards.
