What are the average electric costs? Answer: About $50-$60 a month on average, (and there is no gas bill). They are very energy-efficient, with double-wall construction and 4 layers of firewall.
Is there a lot of storage space? Yes! A utility room with room for a full-size washer and dryer, 300 cubic feet of individual-lighted attic storage, huge linen closets with lots of shelves, guest closet, bedroom closet, and plenty of cabinets.
Do you have assigned parking? It is open, two spaces allotted per apartment.
Do you offer any office services? Our residents are welcome to receive and/or send faxes. We have 24 hr. emergency maintenance, and we accept packages for our residents.
Phone and cable ready? Yes, bedrooms and living area in all homes.
Are you close to the bus-line? Yes!
Do you offer discounts? Yes. Senior, student, and certain employers in our program.
Are there stairs? They are single-story apartments. (No stairs to climb.)
