We are one block from the Susquehanna River, public transportation and the Whitaker Art Center, two blocks from the train station and three blocks from the Capital Complex and the City Island recreation and entertainment centers. Several restaurants featuring casual or fine dining are located in a two to four block area. Additionally, we have on site laundry facilities, a fitness center, a community room and an attached garage with parking available. Our studios lease for $585 to $630 and our one bedroom lease for $700 to $800 per month. The rent includes ALL utilities; all you are responsible for is phone and cable.
