Chesapeake homes before it was bought in 2010. The house is very new.

It is available for immediate occupancy. HVAC and carpet freshly cleaned and sanitized by Sears. We offer the first week rent free.
The first month's rent($1200) and deposit ($1200) are due at lease signing.
The second month's rent will only be due in 5 weeks from the move in date to account for the one free week.
