Rent is income based with base rent amounts; some rental assistance is available, for qualified applicants. We also offer apartments for elderly, and handicapped/disabled persons, these units are subsidized by HUD, rent and security deposit is based on 30% of annual income, and income guidelines do apply. We also accept pets (pet policy applies), and Section 8 Vouchers from Franklin County.
